Crazy month of June

June has been so busy crazy. I did a soccer camp here in Price then I joined my family and friends in The Ragnar race from Logan to Park City. I injured my leg running in the SLC Marathon strained my IT band I didn't give myself a big enough break before training for the Ragnar. I ended up pushing too hard when I was in pain and over did it, so I had to find a replacement for the race. I took 3 weeks off from running and did physical therapy 3 times a week. I was going to be the driver and water girl, but my cousin got injured after his second leg and couldn't finish his 3rd so I ended up running 6 miles with a gradual incline in the hottest time of the day. It was still fun and my leg felt great. Thanks to red bull I was able to drive through out the whole night give water and still run. I was exhausted by the end and needed sleep but my kids did not get the memo to not wake up at 6:30 am the next day oh well the life of a mom. We were van #2 we had Steph, my mom, Joe (cousin), Marne(cousin), Heather Maile, and Becky Wilberg. We had so much fun listening to merenques and salsa music and dancing on the side of the road. On the back of our car we put SHAKE WHAT YO MAMA GAVE YA! so we did.

I am getting old!

My birthday was on Wednesday May 19th. My parents came up the weekend before to help with our yard and celebrate my birthday. My mom stayed for a week and my dad and brother came up later that weekend. Me and mom had fun watching movies and and going on runs up a canyon getting ready for the Ragnar race. My dad brought me my mothers day gift a pergola so we could have more shade in our backyard. It was fun to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner outside under the shade. My dad and paul evened out the rest of the yard by driving their suburban around the yard pulling a box crate while paul sat on it. It looked pretty funny to see all the dust in Pauls face but the yard looked great after wards.

Cute pictures of Malia and Tacoma

I finally got Tacoma to smile. And Malia is pulling her self up on to everything, crawling where ever she wants. She started crawling really well at 9 1/2 months. Malia now has four teeth two on the top and two on the bottom her two top teeth are coming in like Tacoma's did. Big front teeth with a big gap like sponge bob. I will be glad when the rest of her teeth come in to push them together.

Friends come for a visit

One of Paul's best friends from high school came to visit with his family from California. It was good to see Yoli and Hunter and their two kids Paulo and Andre. We went out to eat went to the Dino park and let the boys play in the dirt it was tons of fun. Thanks for coming to see us we love you guys.
