2012 Alumni Game

Every year I try to play soccer at the annual alumni game. It is something me and my sister both try to get in shape for and It is just fun to get out and play. Soccer was a sport that took over my life for the first 22 years. It was a sport I loved, and I continue to love to play. I am slower and not as strong as I used to be but I still have fun out there. I scored 3 goals in  four games so maybe I haven't lost everything. And I still will sacrifice my body to score a goal.

Cute pictures of my parents

Febuary fun!

February is always a hard month for my kids every year my kids get rsv, coughs, colds ear infections. This year Naomi got a really bad ear infection. It took me a week to finally take her to the doctor I just thought she was grumpy because she was teething. Then Malia got (cold sores) herpes in her mouth and throat. Its like having painful blisters in side your mouth and throat It is worse than strep because nothing can help, you just have to wait it out. She couldn't eat and only drink after she had medicine for pain. 7 days later and after being so exhausted from getting up holding her and giving her more medicine. So Naomi is finally feeling better she was so happy for 1 week, then I see sores in her mouth and know she got the same thing Malia had. She cries all day long and more than half the night. I am rotating Ibprofen and Tylenol just to keep my sanity. So the picture of Naomi is what she looked like for 3 weeks.

Tacoma and Malia made noodle necklaces, bracelets and snakes.

Malia and Naomi with Grandpa Smith they love to sit on his lap when we go over there.

Naomi and Ellie (Emily's baby) 7 weeks apart and they are already best of friends.
