Life has been crazy lately from trying to plant a garden, running a marathon, and being in Provo every weekend to be with Pauls mom. I am trying to do a square foot garden this year Paul made me some boxes so I got started I didn't realize how much work it would be to get rid of the alfalfa. We live on land that used to be an alfalfa field so I had to dig out the roots which were 9inches to a a foot long before I put my boxes on top. That took at least 3-4 hours of straight digging. I planted some raspberry and strawberry plants and we will have to see if anything comes up.
