St George and Lunatic Triathalon in Price

We went up to St George for Kyles wedding and Taylors Farwell. It was fun to be up there we went swimming at the neighbors house went the movies and went to the childrens museum. We were going to go hiking but thought it was a little too hot for us.

Tacoma and Malia did the kids triathalon which was swimming one length of the swimming pool biking two times around complex and running one time around Tacoma wanted to do it without a life jacket and I was really scared a couple of times I thought he was drowning because he was going under and taking a while to get back up and my friend panicked me by saying hes drowning so I screamed at the life guard but she looked at me like I was nuts. Tacoma came out after several kids but he made it up on the bike and the run he came in first for his age group but was disqualified because his timing chip fell off  in the pool. Tacoma tried so hard and sprinted his guts out against Ty mortenson. Malia had a smile on her face the whole time she is always happy in everything she does. Naomi wanted to do it so bad but there wasn't an age bracket for her

  Paul did the lunaticus maximus where he swam in the waves and biked in the mountains but his bike light went out so he had to stop twice to try to fix it which put him back. He was really mad about it. I ran the normal lunatic triathlon 3 mile run 9 mile bike and 1/2 mile swim. It was fun I got third place which i was really happy about but I got really sore from swimming. I only know how to lift my head one way when I swim so I felt like I had a kinked neck by the end, and my lats where so sore I couldn't lift my arms other than that I felt good. Julianne asked me to run 8 miles with her the next day which I did after getting home at midnight since the race started at 10 and I woke up the next day at 5:30 to run then had scout camp the whole day with Tacoma in Scofield which was really hot and long and I let Tacoma buy a knife up there at camp. He cut his thumb really bad and should probably get stitches but paul is using liquid band aide and taking care of it.

 We got Tacoma a labradoodle for his birthday she is 8 weeks old

 I ran the dino half  the first weekend in May and I got my personal record of 1 hour and 40 min I was really happy to beat my time last year by 3 min. But it was also very painful to try to run that fast for that long I had a 740 min pace overall I ran with julianne until mile 9 around a 720 730 pace and couldn't hold it and just tried to finish I was two miles away when I had to pee really bad but I knew if I stopped I wouldn't have got my PR so I just peed my pants and kept going and that is why I have on my pajama pants in some of the pictures. It was a fun girls weekend we went up with Ally Banks, Julianne, Collet, Amanda. I am glad I did but hated it the whole time I ran.

  These are Tacomas pets he found in the dessert next to our house. He loves to catch ants smash them and hand feed them to his lizards . their names are rattle snake, little spike, speedy

I through myself my own 33 birthday party I made sopa de res and chocolate cake and invited Becky Peterson 

Fun Times with Steph and their family

We made a slip and slide in front of our house and had a blast. They wanted to go faster so that added soap.

The kids spent a week at soccer camp and loved it!
